    PROHIBITED MARKETING PRACTICES - SEARCH ENGINE AND PPC RESTRICTIONS

    Affiliate shall not engage in any of the following practices in connection with the promotion of Company's products or services:

    a) Trademark Bidding and Brand Term Violations: Affiliate shall not bid on, purchase, or register keywords, search terms, or other identifiers for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service, or other paid search or pay-per-click (PPC) platform that contain Company's trademarks, brand names, product names, misspellings, or variations thereof (collectively "Protected Terms"), including but not limited to: Speakeasy Travel Supply, Speakeasy Travel Scarf, Travel Scarf or any terms that include these names combined with other words.

    b) Domain Spoofing and URL Manipulation: Affiliate shall not register, use, or direct traffic through domain names, subdomains, or URLs that contain Protected Terms or could reasonably cause consumer confusion regarding affiliation with or endorsement by Company.

    c) Deceptive Ad Copy: Affiliate shall not create ad copy, headlines, or display URLs that falsely suggest direct affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with Company, or that misrepresent the nature of the relationship between Affiliate and Company.

    d) Click Fraud and Invalid Traffic: Affiliate shall not generate clicks, impressions, or conversions through automated means, click farms, incentivized traffic, bots, or any other fraudulent or invalid traffic sources.

    e) Cookie Stuffing and Last-Click Manipulation: Affiliate shall not employ cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other technique designed to fraudulently claim credit for conversions or manipulate the customer attribution process.

    Company reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and withhold all unpaid commissions upon discovery of any violation of this section. Affiliate shall be liable for any damages, including legal fees and lost revenue, resulting from such prohibited activities.
